What we collect

We only collect the details you give us through the contact and partnership forms (name, company name, VAT number, email, phone, city and the content of your message), plus the IP address the form was submitted from.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data only to answer your request or review your partnership application, based on your consent and on steps taken before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting cooperation, and are deleted afterwards.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

When you submit the contact or partnership form, we use Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited) to check that the submission does not come from an automated program. For this, Google processes data such as your IP address and information about your browser and device, in line with its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the website from abuse (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
